Hey everyone.. bit of something to mix things up...
I was tagged by flashpashpop.blogspot.com.au  to answer the 11 questions tag.

Lush : Time to relax

We all know lush products are amazing.
They smell great, are completely natural & make your skin feel as soft as a baby’s bottom.

Unfortunately the past 12months I haven’t had a working bath at home so you can imagine my delight when boyfriend sent me a text message informing me he had put his handyman skills to work and fixed the taps! (Needless to say he left out the fact all he did was change the washers but hey! Good enough for me)

First on my lush hit list was the Sex Bomb Ballistic

Containing jasmine, clary sage and ylang ylang to make you feel like a love goddess. The power of these aphrodisiac oils lies in their ability to relax you at the same time as warming your heart and other body parts. The ancient perfumers of the Mediterranean knew a thing or two about lurve and we're using the methods they used thousands of years ago for the same results. Whether you want to be calm for a big night out or a quiet night in- prepare to detonate a Sex Bomb.

This bath bomb smells divvvvvine...
Fizzed for ages, you could probably break it in half for 2 uses, but I enjoy relaxing and letting the whole thing fizz out while I day dream. Not to mention it turns the bath water a beautiful pink shade and the rice paper flower is a nice surprise.
I highly rate this product and think it would make an amazing solid perfume!

Second purchase was the French Kiss Bubble Bar

Perfumes from Provence: inspiration from a Parisian patisserie. A French Kiss gives you a relaxed but alert feeling that lasts all day. We're talking about our Bubble Bar, so keep your minds clean! The Lush French Kiss is a calming and reviving lavender, rosemary and thyme bath, with essential oils from sun-soaked Provence. It's even topped with a sprig of lavender flowers. Relax in its purple waters and soak up all its benefits.

Yet another amazing product.
I adore lavender scents when I am stressed out, I find they really help you relax. This bubble bar didn’t fail.
I came home after a stressful day at work to find a hot bath drawn for me and a glass of wine waiting – see Boyfriend can be a handyman to have!
I used the entire bubble bar once again but I’d say if you really wanted to you could also cut this one in half.
The scent was beautiful and very calming. The water didn’t change colour this time but once the bar had melted down the water felt almost creamy? Very luxurious feeling anyway.

I highly recommend popping this one in the bath & de-stressing with a glass of wine & a candle lit to let all your worries and cares disappear.

I had endometriosis surgery 3 weeks ago and have been at home recuperating.

The surgery itself was pretty quick but the recovering period has been less than pleasant –
I’ll spare you the details.
I had 2 weeks off of work so my month has been pretty boring & painful.

I thought I would post a month that was via instagram pictures again...
